Our Marina Workers’ Compensation Safety Group is underwritten through the New York State Insurance Fund and encompasses marinas and recreational boat dealers. They share a common expiration date of March 31st and eligible members receive an upfront discount and the potential for a year-end dividend. In addition we are able to offer Marina/Boat Dealers New York State Statutory Disability insurance at “members only” rates.
The Flanders Group has exclusive relationships with property, general liability, and auto insurance companies who are experts in marine industry specific coverage such as: marina operators legal liability, protection and indemnity, piers and docks, uncollectable storage charges, false pretense, truth in lending errors and omissions, title errors and omissions, and auto liability for boat trailers.
