Our Nursery/Landscape Workers’ Compensation Safety Group has been underwritten through the New York State Insurance Fund since 1951 and it encompasses nursery professionals, retail/wholesale florists, and landscape gardeners. They share a common expiration date of April 1st and eligible members receive an upfront discount, pay a lower NYS assessment charge and have the opportunity to participate in a year-end dividend. In addition, we offer nurseries and landscapers New York State Statutory Disability insurance at “members only” rates.
The Flanders Group also has exclusive relationships with property, general liability, and auto insurance companies who are experts in green industry specific coverage such as: miscellaneous tools, leased/rented equipment, pesticide/herbicide liability, and snowplowing liability.
