Since 1988, The Flanders Group has been the endorsed Insurance Program Manager for the New York State Nursery Landscape Association. We offer members a host of insurance related solutions to help this association and New York State Nurseries/Landscapers manage their exposure to risk.
Our Nursery/Landscape Workers’ Compensation Safety Group has been underwritten through the New York State Insurance Fund since 1951 and encompasses nursery professionals, retail and wholesale florists, and landscape gardeners. They share a common expiration date of April 1st and eligible members receive an upfront discount and the potential for a year-end dividend. In addition, we offer Nurseries/Landscapers New York State Statutory Disability insurance at “members only” rates.
The Flanders Group has exclusive relationships with property, general liability, and auto insurance companies who are experts in Green Industry specific coverage such as: miscellaneous tools, leased/rented equipment, pesticide/herbicide liability, and snowplowing liability.
