OSHA 300A Summary Due February 1st

If your OSHA 300A summary is ready to post, keep this in mind:

  1.  Your OSHA 300A summary must be posted in a “conspicuous” place.  This means an area where employees frequent (e.g. a break room, locker room, time clock) and where other notices to employees are typically placed.
  2.  Make certain that the OSHA 300A summary is posted for the entire duration of the posting period: February 1st through April 30th.
  3. Post 300A summaries at each location.  Posting only at the main office is not sufficient.
