Marilyn received her AAS from SUNY Morrisville and graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management. Her background includes working for a regional shopping center manager and many years with a large real estate developer in the risk management department.
She joined The Flanders Group in 2001 as a Workers’ Compensation Account Manager. She is now our Senior Workers’ Compensation Analyst and her responsibilities include managing our experience modification analysis program and our NYS Statutory Disability program.
Originally from Fulton, NY, Marilyn lived in Syracuse before relocating to Rochester. She now resides in Pittsford with her husband Gene and dog, Jett.
