Vice President of Operations
Julie was appointed the Vice President of Operations in January 2018 and brings over 20 years of experience in diverse industries including insurance, pharmaceutical, telecom, health care, government and higher education. She brings a resume reflecting a unique combination of leadership, problem solving and human resource strategy, combined with strong communication, management and interpersonal skills
Prior to joining The Flanders Group, Julie worked as an internal Senior HR Leader and also as a consultant advising clients across various industries to transform people, processes and technology. She has held a broad range of strategic and operational roles focused on HR Service Delivery, Operations, Design of Benefit Plans, Talent Acquisition and Program & Project Management.
Julie holds a B.A. in English from the State University College at Potsdam, NY and an M.S. in Career and Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology. She grew up in Tupper Lake, NY in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. She currently resides in Rochester, NY. She enjoys visiting family in the Adirondacks, walking her dog and spending time with friends.
