Here is the latest NY Workers’ Compensation news:
1. C-2’s have been discontinued in lieu of a new First Report of Injury. Flanders Group clients click here for the new forms. We will continue to file these forms on your behalf with the New York State Insurance Fund. Call our Injury Management Department with any questions at 866-334-7222.
2. The NYS Workers’ Compensation Board has announced that May 23rd is the cutoff date for accepting paper forms. All forms must be submitted electronically or they will not be attached to the case file.
3. The maximum weekly benefit rate will increase on 7/1/14 to $808.65 from $803.21.
